Register with your email and password. A 6-digit OTP is sent to your inbox — enter it on the Account page to verify before checkout.
02 Why must my email be verified?
Verified email ensures order confirmations, tracking updates, and orchard desk replies reach you. Resend the OTP anytime from Account if it expired.
03 Where is my order history?
Sign in and open My orders to view past fruit purchases, invoices, and status updates synced to your account.

Tracking, cancellations, and support tickets

01 How do I track an order?
Use your order number and email on Track order. Status emails are also sent after checkout and when dispatch milestones change.
02 Can I cancel or request a refund?
Open your order on the status page and submit a support form for cancellations, delivery issues, or refund requests. Our desk responds during orchard hours.
03 When will I receive confirmation?
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. Prepaid orders proceed to the payment gateway; COD orders are queued for packing once confirmed.

01 How are fruits packed for shipping?
Orchard picks are packed in ventilated chilled liners to reduce bruising during transit. Delicate varieties receive extra cushioning where needed.
02 What if my order arrives in poor condition?
Report quality concerns within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. See our Freshness Return Policy for eligibility and claim steps.
03 Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by pin code. Review the Cold-Chain Delivery Charter for zones and handling fees.

Payment & policies

COD, prepaid shipping, and policy charters

01 What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Prepaid fruit orders receive free standard shipping.
02 Is there a fee for Cash on Delivery?
COD orders may include a courier surcharge of ₹49, displayed before you confirm checkout.
